Welcome to Verimarket. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a South African resident with a valid government-issued ID to use Verimarket. By signing up you confirm that the personal information you provide is accurate.
2. Verification
Verimarket requires biometric ID verification at sign-up. Submitting fraudulent or altered documents will result in immediate, permanent suspension.
3. Listings and content
You are solely responsible for the listings, messages and reviews you post. You may not list items prohibited by South African law (firearms without licence, stolen goods, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, etc.).
4. Subscription and billing
Verimarket is a paid subscription service at R12.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from Settings.
5. Transactions
Verimarket facilitates connections between verified buyers and sellers. We are not party to the transactions themselves and do not handle payments for items, hold goods in escrow, or guarantee delivery.
6. Conduct
Harassment, scams, hate speech and any unlawful activity are forbidden. Verimarket may remove content or accounts at its discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verimarket is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app.
